This is a fully working copy of Pavilion, loaded with a sample bowls club: members, rink bookings, a rota, matches and accounts. It sends no emails, and everything resets automatically — explore freely.

This is a shared sandbox. All demo data is wiped and refreshed every 48 hours, so anything you add won’t be kept.

Ticking the box is optional. If you leave it unticked you can still explore the demo freely — we record which screens are opened only to improve the product, without linking that activity to you. Tip: open Bookings to see the live rink availability grid.

Tip: open a Member to see their profile, membership and renewal status.

Tip: browse Members — it’s all sample data you can edit.

Tip: open Rota to see who’s on duty across the weeks.

Tip: open Accounts and try reconciling against the demo bank statement.

Tip: on the dashboard, scan the QR code to open the members’ app on your phone — then add it to your home screen to use it like a native app.
